Information on the future corporate structure and continued cooperation

Since its foundation in 1997 by Paul Bruckmann, Mühlenbautechnik Bruckmann has stood for reliable and practical solutions in milling and plant construction. Over the past decades, we have successfully implemented numerous projects for the milling and bulk solids industry together with you and built long-term, trusting business relationships.
With the founding of our subsidiary MIAG GmbH in 2020, another important step was taken for the future direction of our company. Since its foundation, MIAG GmbH has already successfully implemented numerous projects in milling and plant construction. At the same time, with the MIAG brand, we are building on a globally known name that has been closely associated with milling for many decades.
Building on this development and the many years of experience of Mühlenbautechnik Bruckmann, we now intend to take the next logical step and fully align our operational business for new matters with MIAG GmbH going forward.
In this way, we combine the decades of experience, existing references and technical know-how of Mühlenbautechnik Bruckmann GmbH with an expanded product and service portfolio of MIAG GmbH. For you, this means a clear organizational structure, while the familiar technical expertise, reliability and personal cooperation remain unchanged.
What does this mean for you as a customer?
Mühlenbautechnik Bruckmann GmbH will continue to exist. Existing contracts, ongoing orders and any resulting rights and obligations will remain unchanged and will be fulfilled as agreed. In future, however, Mühlenbautechnik Bruckmann GmbH will no longer be at the center of operational business; new enquiries, quotations, orders and projects will be handled through MIAG GmbH. For you as a business partner, the processes, contacts and general conditions of our cooperation will remain essentially unchanged.
- Your previous contact persons will remain unchanged.
- Existing projects and ongoing orders with Mühlenbautechnik Bruckmann GmbH will be continued and completed as agreed.
- Warranty claims from existing Bruckmann orders will of course remain unaffected. Service, spare parts and other matters relating to these orders will in future be reliably handled by MIAG GmbH.
- In future, new enquiries, quotations and orders will be processed by MIAG GmbH.
- Existing conditions, price structures and individual customer agreements will remain unaffected.
- Service, maintenance, spare parts supply and technical support will continue as usual.
- The products, services and processes you are familiar with will be retained.
- The usual quality, reliability and personal support will remain.
In other words: Existing orders will be completed properly and reliably. New projects and operational matters will in future be handled under MIAG GmbH.
The people, expertise and cooperation you know from Mühlenbautechnik Bruckmann will remain unchanged.
Offers already submitted
Offers already submitted by Mühlenbautechnik Bruckmann GmbH will, of course, remain valid in accordance with the respective offer conditions.
In the event of an order being placed after receipt of this letter, further processing and execution will generally be handled by MIAG GmbH. Where required, we will be happy to reissue the corresponding offer under MIAG GmbH.
VDL Olocco Representation
An important part of our company is the long-standing partnership with VDL Olocco in the field of rotary valves and diverter valves.
In future, the official representation of VDL Olocco for Germany will be handled by MIAG GmbH. The operational processing of new VDL Olocco enquiries and orders will also be handled by MIAG GmbH going forward.
Since Olocco’s integration into the VDL Group, the company has been systematically continued and further developed; new products have already been developed and production capacities have been expanded.
All sales, project engineering, service and support activities relating to VDL Olocco products will continue to be handled by our existing team and maintained at the usual level of quality.
Your familiar contacts, technical support as well as existing conditions and agreements will remain unchanged.
Moving forward together
In recent years, we have successfully implemented demanding plants and projects both in Germany and abroad, expanded our range of services and laid the foundation for further growth through the development of our company site.
With MIAG GmbH, we are consistently continuing along this path. At the same time, the values that have shaped our work for decades remain unchanged: technical expertise, reliability, personal support and cooperative partnership.
